Delivery Information

Delivery is free for all orders over £60 (excluding Vat). Delivery times & stock availability can vary, if you need an item urgently by a specific date or time scale please call us on 01904 690666 before placing your order.


  • Your order will be processed as normal and shipped within 2-3 working days.
  • Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland.
  • Delivery addresses located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will incur additional charges. Please email us for a quote before placing your order.
  • For smaller items under 15kg your order will normally be delivered by courier. Please note that courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery. We do not currently deliver large items such as mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs or rise & recline chairs by courier, these are delivered as standard by engineered delivery.

Our ‘Engineered’ white glove delivery service is included with most large items over 15kg. If you suffer from limited mobility, live in a rural area or in a second floor flat/apartment, or would just prefer a more personalised delivery experience this will give you peace of mind.

We include the personal Engineered Delivery service to customers local to us within our delivery area. This allows for the safe assembly of larger mobility products, ensuring you get the most from your purchase. If not already arranged at point of sale, when your order arrives you will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date & time to suit you.

Then, on the day of your choice the engineer will arrive with your product fully assembled and ensure it’s in full working order. They will then provide you with a full demonstration, including charging, preparing and assembling/disassembling your product. The engineer will be happy to answer any of your questions during this time, and it really is as simple as that.



Occasionally we run out of certain products. We try to keep our website as up to date as possible however, if you place an order for an item that is out of stock, discontinued or unavailable we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss an alternative. If you do not wish to accept an alternative we can either place the item(s) on backorder for you or you will be offered a full refund.


IMPORTANT – Goods damaged in transit must be reported immediately by signing the delivery note ‘Damaged On Arrival’. Please check the packaging for damage before you sign for the delivery. You MUST inform Able to Enable as soon as reasonably possible (ideally within 24 hours) of delivery/receipt of the goods that damage has occurred. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for any inspection. Customers may be requested to supply photos of any damage sustained in delivery and dispatch in order for us to make a claim with the courier.
